A stolen password stops being a way in
If one password is all it takes to open someone’s email, an attacker only needs one good guess or one convincing fake login page. We make that password far less useful:
- Multi-factor sign-in: a second check, such as a code on a phone, before anyone gets in
- Account clean-up: leavers, old test accounts and shared logins found and switched off
- Admin rights limited: only the people who need full control have it
And if someone does get in with a stolen password, our SOC sees the unusual sign-in and acts on it.
