Copilot licences, put to work on your team's real jobs
Most Copilot rollouts start with the tool: switch it on, send an email, hope people find a use for it. A few months later, a handful of people open it and nobody can tell leadership what it returns.
Our Copilot consulting starts with the work. We sit with your managers, list the repetitive jobs their teams do every week, and put Copilot on the ones worth automating.
- Discovery sessions with the managers who run the work
- A ranked list of jobs Copilot should take on, agreed by your managers
- Microsoft 365 features you already pay for, switched on
- Permissions and sharing cleaned up so Copilot only sees what it should
- Hands-on training built around each team's real tasks
- Usage and time saved measured against a starting baseline

What does a Copilot consultant do?
A Copilot consultant turns licences into time saved. In practice that means four things:
- Find the work: interview managers and list the weekly jobs that eat their teams’ hours
- Rank it: your managers choose which jobs to hand to Copilot first
- Make it safe: fix what Copilot can see before more people use it
- Make it stick: train each team on their own tasks and track who uses it
Is our data ready for Copilot?
Copilot can read anything a user is allowed to open. In most companies that is far more than anyone intended: old shared folders, Teams sites open to everyone, files shared with “anyone with the link”.
A Copilot readiness assessment finds those gaps before a wider rollout. We review sharing settings, permissions, sign-in security and sensitivity labels, then fix what matters first, so nobody asks Copilot a question and gets back a payroll file.
How do we know Copilot is worth what we pay?
Measure it. Before anything changes, we record how long the chosen jobs take today. After rollout we track who opens Copilot, how often, and how long the same jobs take now.
That gives you a number to take to leadership, and a clear view of which teams need more help and which licences are unused.

Straight answers about Copilot consulting
What does a Microsoft Copilot consultant actually do?
Finds the repetitive work Copilot should take off your team, makes sure your data is safe for it, trains people on their own tasks, and measures whether it saves time.
What does a Copilot implementation include?
A readiness check of your data and permissions, a ranked list of jobs for Copilot to take on, the Copilot deployment for those jobs, training for the teams doing them, and tracking of usage and time saved.
Do we need to buy anything before we start?
No. Most companies already have the Microsoft 365 licences they need, and some have Copilot licences nobody uses yet. We start with what you have.
Is Copilot safe for our data?
Copilot follows your existing permissions, so it is only as safe as they are. We check and fix sharing settings, permissions and sign-in security before a wider rollout.
We already did a Copilot implementation. Can you still help?
Yes. We look at who uses it and what for, close any data exposure, and focus the next round on the jobs where it saves the most time.
Do you only work with companies in Toronto?
No. Our head office is in Mississauga and we have an office in Vancouver. Copilot work runs by Teams as well as on site, so we work with companies across Canada.
