Copilot Value Assessment · $8,500 · 2 to 3 weeks

Get your money's worth out of Copilot

You are already paying for the licences. In two to three weeks we tell you which jobs in your business Copilot should be doing, what each one costs you today, and the price to make the change. One hour from each of your managers, and nothing to prepare.

  • You learn which jobs Copilot should be doing before you spend a dollar on the wrong one
  • Every line on the plan has a price beside it, so you can start on Monday or shelve it
  • Your own department heads rank the list, so the change is the one they asked for
  • We check who can already reach which files before Copilot is pointed at them

A lot of what you need is already inside the licence you renew every year. Where that is the answer, switching it on costs you nothing further.

Thirty minutes, no charge, nothing to prepare, and you will be talking to the person who does the work.

We reply within one business day. Your information stays with us and is never shared. See our Privacy Policy.

The week you are actually having

You do not have an AI problem. You have a which-job-first problem.

Four positions we walk into. Most organisations are in at least two of them at once, and have been for over a year.

Someone you pay properly is spending Thursday afternoon on data entry

Numbers out of one system, into a spreadsheet, into another system that was never taught to speak to the first one. It happens every week. It is not in anyone's job description, it has never appeared on a budget line, and that is exactly why nobody has ever fixed it.

You bought AI licences and nobody can tell you what changed

It was signed off on a promise. Renewal is coming. Somebody at that table is going to ask what it bought, and today the honest answer is a shrug with a slide deck behind it.

Every department wants to go first, and the loudest one wins

Finance has a case. Operations has a louder one. Every vendor has a demo that looks extraordinary for forty minutes. With no count of the hours each job actually burns, the decision gets made by whoever is most persuasive in the room that morning, not by what is costing you most.

The last tool you rolled out is still sitting there, barely opened

Licences bought. Training booked. Two enthusiasts using it and everyone else back on the old way by the second month. That memory is the real reason nothing is moving now. Waiting feels safe. It is not free: the same hours keep going out the door every week you wait.

What lands on your desk

Not a strategy deck. A list of jobs, each one timed and priced.

Every repetitive job in your business, named and timed

Not "AI could help with reporting". The actual job, the team that does it, the person who owns it, and the hours a week it takes them, in their own manager's words and signed off by that manager.

A price against each one, so you can decide in the meeting

What it costs to automate or streamline that job, and roughly what it hands back. Nothing on the list is a mystery you have to commission a second study to price.

The order your own managers put it in

We supply the difficulty score. They supply the pain. The list comes back ranked the way the people who run the teams asked for it. That is the whole difference between a change people use and a change people work around.

The things you already pay for and never switched on

A surprising amount of what looks like an AI problem is already sitting inside a licence you renew every year. Where that is the answer, we say so. It is the fastest line on the list and it costs you nothing further.

A straight answer about what your files would expose

Before anything is switched on, we check who can currently reach what. Most organisations have years of shared links stacked up behind them. Better to know that now than the morning a search tool finds all of it at once.

A presentation to your leadership team, not a PDF in your inbox

We walk your executive through the top three to five jobs and what each is worth. You are in the room. The hard questions get answered live, and that same session is our proposal for whatever you decide to do next.

What one line of the plan looks like

The job Finance rebuilds the weekly management report by hand, pulling from four systems
Costs today 6 hours a week, 2 people, 52 weeks a year
After The report builds itself overnight. Finance reads it, sanity-checks it, sends it.
To change it Two weeks of work, priced in the plan, no new software to buy

An illustration of the format, not a promise about your numbers. Your plan is built line by line from your own managers' answers.

How the weeks run

Two to three weeks, and about an hour from each of your managers

The work is ours. What we need from you is honest answers about how the week really goes, from the people who would know. Nobody keeps a time diary and nobody fills in a spreadsheet.

  1. Week 1

We sit with your managers, not just your executive

One session per department, with the people who run the teams. They are the only ones who know what their staff still do by hand on a Tuesday afternoon. It costs each of them about an hour, once.

  2. Week 1

We write down what that work costs you today

When a manager says a job eats a day a week, that number goes on the page there and then, with their name against it. Every saving later gets measured against it. This is the only moment you can capture it, which is why most projects never have a starting number at all.

  3. Week 2

We check what you are already entitled to

Your existing licences almost always cover more than you use. Where the fix is something you already pay for every year, we tell you, and turning it on costs you nothing more.

  4. Week 2

We score every job. Your managers rank it.

Each job scored on hours burned, how often it happens, how many people it touches, and how hard it is to change. We supply the difficulty. Your managers put the list in order. You will see exactly who ranked what.

  5. Week 3

We present the top three to five, costed

To your leadership team, with the hours each one gives back and the price against it. That presentation is also the proposal for whatever comes next, so there is no second sales meeting and no waiting three weeks for a quote.

Why us

Consultants hand you a report. We are judged on whether anything actually changed.

What changes is what your managers asked to have changed

We bring the scoring and the costs. Your department heads put the list in the order their teams need. That is why these changes get used, and why the last tool nobody opened was nobody's idea in the first place.

We are still there a month later, checking it stuck

Most projects end with a report and a handshake. We come back after each change to see whether people are genuinely using it, and fix it when they are not. You are buying the hours back, not the training day.

Nothing on your list is us selling you more software

You buy your licences from Microsoft directly and we take no margin on them. So when a job appears on your list, the only reason it is there is that it is costing you hours.

The security question is answered before anything is switched on, not after

Give a tool the ability to search everything at once and it will happily show people whatever they were always technically allowed to open. That is how organisations find out about the shared link somebody made in 2019. We have been sorting that out since 1994, and we check it first.

Proof

We finished one of these in July. This is not theory.

  • 286 Hours we delivered on that rollout
  • 10 Weeks, start to finish
  • 1994 Doing this work since
  • 150+ Organisations we look after

In July 2026 we finished a ten-week enterprise Copilot rollout for a national charity. Their whole organisation, trained on their own work, with the file permissions sorted out underneath before a single person was given access. 286 hours of our team's time, start to finish.

Two things that job taught us are the reason this assessment exists. First: all the wasted hours were hiding in the work nobody had ever written down. Not in the systems anyone was worried about. In the manual steps between them.

Second: a large part of the effort is fixed no matter how big the organisation is. That is why we can put a real price on this instead of quoting you a range and discovering the rest later.

The client is unnamed here because we ask permission before using anyone's name. If you become a client, that is the same answer you would get.

Accreditations

Nothing on your plan waits on us learning the tools first

Every platform this work touches is one we are certified on in-house. So the jobs on your list get priced against what these tools genuinely do today, not against what a vendor deck says they might do next year.

  • Microsoft Solutions Partner Assessed by Microsoft on delivered work, not on a signup form.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot Certified on the product you are already paying for every month.
  • Power Automate Where most of the hours on your plan get taken back.
  • Dynamics 365 So a job that lives in your CRM does not come back as "out of scope".
  • Microsoft Teams Meeting notes and call recordings, the fastest line on most plans.
  • AI and machine learning The judgement to say when AI is the wrong tool for a job.
  • Zapier For the systems that were never going to talk to Microsoft.
  • SOC 2
  • ISO 27001
  • 24/7 SOC

Common questions

The questions we get on the call

What does the free call actually involve?

Thirty minutes, and nothing to prepare. We ask what your teams still do by hand every week, how many people it takes, and what you have already tried. By the end you will know whether the assessment is worth doing for you. If it is not, we will say so on the call rather than sending a proposal.

How much of my team's time does this take?

About an hour from each department manager, once, plus a short session with whoever administers your systems. No time diaries, no spreadsheets to fill in, no homework. Everything else is our work.

Do we have to buy anything at the end of it?

No. The plan is yours whatever you decide. Some clients take it and do the work themselves, and we price for that outcome deliberately. If you do want us to build it, the $8,500 comes off the build.

How is this different from a consultant's AI strategy report?

A strategy report tells you where the industry is going. This tells you that two people in finance spend every Friday afternoon rebuilding one report, what it costs to stop that, and which of your managers wants it stopped first. Every line is a job you could start on Monday.

We already pay for Copilot and hardly anyone uses it. Is that a problem?

It is the single most common reason people call us, and it is rarely Copilot's fault. A licence on its own changes almost nothing. What changes it is aiming it at the specific jobs eating your team's week, which is precisely what the assessment finds.

Could this end up letting staff see files they should not?

That is the right question to ask first, and it is why we check before anything is switched on. A tool that searches everything at once will surface whatever a person was already technically permitted to open, and in most organisations years of shared links have quietly piled up. We find that during the assessment and tell you, rather than you discovering it live.

Will our data be used to train an AI model?

No. On enterprise tiers model training is off, and we verify that inside your own environment rather than taking it on trust. Your information stays within your own compliance boundary.

Do we have to replace our current IT provider?

No, and most clients do not. This is a project, not a takeover. We work alongside your internal team or your existing provider, and they carry on running day-to-day IT exactly as they do now.

What size of organisation is this built for?

Mid-market, roughly 100 to 500 people, with enough separate departments that there is real repetitive work to find. Below about 50 people there usually is not enough of it to justify the fee, and we will tell you that on the call. We work across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.

Find out what your Copilot licences should be doing

Thirty minutes, no charge, nothing to prepare. We will ask what your teams still do by hand every week and tell you straight whether there is enough there to be worth assessing. If there is not, that is a useful thirty minutes too.
