BALANCED+ wasn't built overnight. We're the product of three established IT firms — Zita Associates (1994), SecureLinks (2001), and COMMIT100 (2004) — each with decades of experience serving businesses across Canada.
That history matters. It means we've already solved the problems you're dealing with. Network migrations, security breaches, cloud transitions, compliance audits — we've handled them hundreds of times for companies like yours.
In 2025, we acquired SystemX, adding SaaS operational and billing platform capabilities that allow us to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end managed technology services.
Today, our 47-person team operates from our Mississauga headquarters and Vancouver office, supporting businesses across Canada with managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and strategic IT consulting.
