Paul is the networking backbone of the BALANCED+ technical team. As Senior Network Engineer, he designs and manages the wired and wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, and switching infrastructure that clients rely on to run their businesses securely and efficiently.

His expertise spans enterprise routing and switching, Fortinet security appliances, SD-WAN deployments, and network monitoring. Paul takes a methodical, documentation-first approach to network design, ensuring that every environment he builds is not only performant but also easy for the team to manage and troubleshoot.
