As Strategic Accounts and Project Manager, he is responsible for managing key client portfolios, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring that the solutions BALANCED+ delivers are executed on time, on scope, and aligned with each client’s business objectives.
With experience spanning account management and IT project delivery, Kevin understands both the relationship side and the operational side of managed services. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and coordinate internally to ensure the right resources and timelines are in place.
