Jatin Sikri

Jatin Sikri is a Senior IT Analyst at BALANCED+, where he manages IT service delivery for five enterprise clients at 98% SLA compliance. When a system fails at 2 AM or a 700-person onboarding has to land in 90 days, he is the person coordinating the response, keeping the operation moving and the client informed.

His work sits at the intersection of operations and coordination: designing ITSM platforms from the ground up (including the BALANCED+ Freshdesk environment and its 100-plus workflows), managing more than $150K in vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and writing the SOPs and documentation that keep service delivery consistent. He has run Microsoft 365 security audits, executed Exchange-to-M365 migrations with zero downtime, and authored 100-plus operational documents, from disaster recovery plans to business process assessments. He also makes sure junior analysts have what they need to close tickets properly.

Before moving into the MSP world, Jatin spent three years at Queen’s College coordinating 200-plus monthly incidents across Jira, ServiceNow, and osTicket, and cut a Salesforce CRM backlog by 25%. He started out in high-volume technical support at Accenture/Concentrix, where he learned that efficient escalation management is what separates functional IT from good IT.
