About This Role

BALANCED+ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of IT projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, establish goals and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of project management experience in IT consulting, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, and MS Project. A PMP certification is a plus. You’ll be responsible for project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and execution, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables
Define project tasks, resource requirements, and assign individual responsibilities to team members
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines using project management tools
Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track
Manage project budget and allocate resources efficiently to meet objectives
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly
Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations
Facilitate client and team meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and potential bottlenecks

Qualifications

3–5 years of verified professional experience in project management, preferably in IT consulting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams and collaborative platforms
