About This Role
BALANCED+ is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our client engagements and manage our service delivery teams. You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design through project completion, ensuring services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This role requires both strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that drive real outcomes. If you have 5+ years of IT service delivery experience, ITIL certification, and a proven track record managing teams and complex projects, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, including project management, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Manage and mentor a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Identify and evaluate business and technical risks associated with proposed solutions
- Communicate progress and deliverables to clients on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT service delivery management with a strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
- ITIL certification is required or expected within the first 12 months of employment
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar advanced project management certification
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix) and ticketing platforms (Zendesk)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and implementation (EDR, MFA, VPN, phishing simulation)
