About This Role

BALANCED+ is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our consulting team and oversee the delivery of IT consulting services to our clients. You’ll manage and mentor a team of IT consultants, work directly with clients to understand their business needs, and develop solutions that drive real outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of IT management or leadership experience, strong understanding of software development and IT consulting, and proven mentoring skills. You’ll be responsible for team development, project oversight, client relationships, and staying current with emerging technologies to ensure our clients have access to the latest solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of IT consulting services to clients, including project management, requirements gathering, and solution design
Manage and mentor a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Identify and evaluate business and technical risks associated with proposed solutions
Communicate project progress and deliverables to clients on a regular basis
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting renewal and growth
Ensure that team members have the necessary resources, training, and support to complete their tasks effectively
Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in IT to ensure clients have access to the latest solutions and best practices
Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team in areas of IT strategy, project management, and service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of verified professional experience in IT management or leadership roles
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Demonstrated experience with project management and requirements gathering
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills with proven ability to develop talent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strategic thinking ability
