Junior – Data Analyst

About This Role

As a Data Analyst at BALANCED+, you will work with our clients to help them make data-driven decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data systems, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data to support our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean and organize large data sets from various sources
Design and implement data systems to support business objectives
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to clients
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
