Buddies Golf Tournament

What started as a jovial way to spend their $500 winnings from a hockey championship, quickly became a successful charity golf tournament in support of cancer related charities – The Buddies.

Over 29 years, The Buddies has been bringing golfers of all skill levels together for a day of fun on the green – and in the process, raised over $100,000 for a great cause.

How We Help

Supporting cancer related charities and bringing family and friends together are two values that we at BALANCED+ hold in high regard. That’s why we’re proud to be a sponsor of The Buddies golf tournament and to lend our IT expertise where it is needed. Specifically, helping with their website and technical support.

As a tournament sponsor since 2018, we’ve worked hard to improve their website user experience, and assist with technical issues as they arise. We understand the importance of a stress-free and efficient event that allows participants to focus on the tournament, not the technology.

Anthony and his partners founded Veritas Investment Research in 2000. He is a Fellow Chartered Public Accountant, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a licensed portfolio manager. Anthony has been very active in accounting standard-setting since 2003.
